The game stores island progress, appearance, settings and gameplay statistics on your device. With iCloud Saves enabled, save files and synchronization metadata, including installation identifiers, device names and save times, are stored in your private Apple iCloud database. You can turn synchronization off in Settings. Turning it off does not itself delete existing cloud copies; deletion and recovery follow the controls available in the game and your Apple account.
If you use Game Center, Apple handles authentication, player identifiers, achievements and leaderboard scores. The game keeps progress linked to your player account and results waiting to be sent to synchronize results. Existing Game Center records can remain after an island is deleted. Apple services are subject to Apple’s privacy policy and account controls.
The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in its current version. The website stores story and sound preferences locally in your browser. Cloudflare serves the website and may process connection and security information. Loading or playing the embedded YouTube video connects to Google/YouTube, whose policies apply, including when the privacy-enhanced player is used.
If you email support, your address, message and any details you choose to provide are used to answer your request and troubleshoot. Do not include sensitive information. You may ask about access or deletion by email; data controlled by Apple or other providers must also be managed using their account tools. We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle support and applicable obligations. This page will be updated when these practices change.
